Welcome to EZprompt (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated from Hong Kong at ezprompt.shop. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we sell

EZprompt sells digital prompt templates (“Prompts”) designed for use with third-party AI services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Poe. A Prompt is delivered digitally and unlocked immediately after successful payment.

2. Licence — what you may and may not do

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased Prompts for your own personal or business work.
• You own the AI output you generate using a Prompt, including for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the AI platform you use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the Prompt text itself, whether free or paid.
• You may not use Prompts to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

3. Third-party AI platforms

Prompts are used on AI platforms we do not control. We do not guarantee any particular output, and results may vary between platforms and over time as AI models change. Your use of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Poe, or any other AI service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. All purchases are one-time payments unless a subscription is explicitly described.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: access is immediate, so there is no change-of-mind refund — but if a Prompt is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we will fix, replace or refund it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to breach the security of the site, scrape or bulk-download content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Prompts are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or Prompts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
